Privacy on the India Edition of cosmoscasino.biz
This policy covers cosmoscasino.biz itself — an independent information site — and the data it handles when you read the India edition. It does not cover the Cosmos brand or any other operator. If you ever opened an account with an operator, that operator collects and controls its own data under its own privacy policy, and we have no access to it. You can return to the India home page at any time.
What this site collects
We do not run accounts, so you never give us a name, document or payment detail to read our pages. What we do handle is limited:
- Analytics. We may use an analytics service to count visits and see which pages are read, from which country and on which kind of device. We use it to understand what readers need, not to identify individuals.
- Server and security logs. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs — such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request — to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse.
- The /go/ links. Partner buttons lead to a short link on our domain. That redirect reads the visitor's country to choose a destination and records that a click happened.
- Emails. If you write to info@cosmoscasino.biz, we receive your address and whatever you include in the message, and use them only to reply and fix the issue you raised.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, we do not build profiles for advertisers, and we do not ask for identity documents or financial details. We will never message you first offering to unlock, recover or verify a gaming account — anyone doing that in our name is not us.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. On this site they serve two purposes: measuring visits through analytics, and helping the /go/ links work as intended. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the pages will still be readable. Once you leave this site for another one — including through a partner link — that site's own cookie and privacy rules apply, not ours.
Your documents and the operator: why not to send ID to blocked or mirror sites
Gambling operators often ask for identity documents before paying out, and the operator, not this site, decides what it collects and how it is stored. For readers in India there is an extra risk. Online money games have been prohibited since 1 May 2026 under the Online Gaming Act 2025, blocked brands spread across mirror domains, and copycat pages imitate those mirrors to harvest logins, phone numbers and identity documents. A document sent to a fake page cannot be taken back. Our advice is simple: do not upload ID to a blocked or mirror site, never send documents through chat apps or to someone who contacted you first, and if you already have an old account, write to the operator's official support to close it rather than "verifying" anything new. Our page on mirrors explains how copies are built.
Your choices and rights
You can read the site without giving us any personal information. You can block cookies, use your browser's private mode, or ask us by email what information we hold about you from a message you sent, and ask us to delete it. We answer such requests as soon as we reasonably can. For data held by an operator, you need to contact that operator directly.
Keeping information safe
The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to our email inbox is restricted to the editorial team, and we keep only what we need to run the site and answer readers. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send us passwords, one-time codes or documents — we do not need them for anything.
Changes and contact
If we change how the site handles data — for example by adding or replacing an analytics service — we will update this page. Questions go to info@cosmoscasino.biz. More about who we are is on the about page, and how partner links fund the site is explained in the affiliate disclosure. This site is for adults 18+ only.
