Affiliate Disclosure for Readers in India
cosmoscasino.biz is an independent information site, and it is funded through partner links. You deserve to know exactly what that means before you read anything else on the India edition: which links earn us money, how they work, and why the commercial side of the site has deliberately been kept away from what we say about the law. The short version is on the India home page; the details are below.
Affiliate disclosure: how this site earns
Some buttons on this site are partner links. When a visitor follows one and later becomes a customer of a partner, the partner may pay us a commission. That is the only way the site earns money: we do not charge readers, we do not sell articles, and no operator writes or approves our text. The commission does not change anything you pay, and it does not depend on which page you clicked.
How the partner buttons work
Partner buttons on this site do not point straight at an operator. They lead to a short link on our own domain, under the /go/ path, and a routing service decides the destination by the visitor's country. For visitors in India, the destination is set by that routing, not chosen by us page by page or by the wording of the button. That is also why the buttons carry plain labels such as "Visit the website" rather than a brand name or a promise: the label should never claim more than we control. Every partner link is marked for search engines as sponsored.
What section 6 of the Act means for this edition
The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025, in force since 1 May 2026, prohibits online money games in India. Section 6 bans advertising that directly or indirectly promotes an online money game, and section 9 sets penalties of up to 2 years and/or up to ₹50 lakh for it. Section 7 separately prohibits facilitating payments for such games. We have shaped the India edition around those rules:
- No bonus offers, sign-up deals or promotional codes.
- No calls to play or bet for money, and no "top odds" or "big win" language.
- No payment help of any kind — no deposit guides, no method lists, no withdrawal tips.
- No mirror lists or advice on getting round a block.
- Clear statements of the ban on the pages where readers are most likely to look for a way to play.
What stays independent
Commercial relationships never decide what we write about legal status, risks or help. Our pages say that no Indian licence exists for money games, that a mirror does not make a blocked service lawful, and that phishing copies target people who search for working links — regardless of who pays a commission. Our editor, Mireille Brassard, is responsible for that line. If you believe a page crosses it, we want to hear about it.
Does it cost you anything?
No. Reading the site is free, and following a partner link does not add a charge. Our advice, though, is plain: from India, online money games are prohibited, so the useful parts of this site for most readers are the explanations — what the brand is, how to close an old account, how to spot a fake page, and where to find free help such as Tele MANAS at 14416.
